Technology has certainly changed the way we travel. As travel times continue to shrink, the opposite can be said for all the electronic gadgets people use when they travel, which only continue to proliferate; from communication devices, entertainment gadgets to tools chronicling the experience. Of course, these gadgets must be used to enhance the travel experience and not replace it or serve as a distraction, thus, one must always take the nature of travel and the destination, into account.

Going Viral: Facebook’s New Layout Sparks Creativity

A few days ago, a creative French Man named Alexandre Oudin decided to play around with his new Facebook profile page. What he did was rather awesome that it eventually got featured in a TechCrunch article. After reading the article two nights ago, I just could not resist trying it, so I quickly took a picture of myself, cropped them according to the appropriate sizes, uploaded them and voila. My Oudin-inspired profile was born.
Needless to say, it was a hit among friends and much like how Oudin sparked the creativity in me, some of them did it too! Here is one of them…
